Starting myself on a healthy eating and home work out deal. I would like to lose about 50 lbs I have given myself about 7 months to do this. I think writing about it in this blog will: one bring more purpose and use to this page and two help to keep me motivated and have some sort of responsibility to finish it, even when I am feel low or unmotivated. Especially when the cravings for a bag of chips (crisps) or a chocolate bar come on. I am starting my diet on the 14th so be on the lookout for a post then. This week is planning creating a plan that I can follow more easily so I am least likely to fail.
